Well, here it is...Recipe #2 in my Happy Baker Cookbook Trial! There has been much debate in choosing recipes! This recipe was selected by one of the contest entrants. I happen to know that she is lactose intolerant (as are our boys) SO, here it is...not just lactose-free but vegan too!
